Mine and my husbands personal experience has been great ! We had first been receiving services for repairs that were needed in our home due to our AC lacking and heater . This business was always responsive and came right away at their earliest convenience to check out and fix the problem asap . We eventually decided to get a whole new Central air system installed and we received very professional work ! As soon as we were ready for the system it was installed in our home within less than 3 days . Every time we had a question he is ready with an answer and very self explanatory! My husband doesn’t speak English so have Omg a bilingual individual was much needed and he gave us just that !!! 100% recommend this company and I have already started to refer !to family and friends!

We noticed the fan outside not working and the AC was not cooling. First thing I thought was to call Carlos and Thermo Techs. Very happy he came today as soon as he could. Doubled checked and made sure there was only one issue. All I can say is that we have cool air again.

Thanks to them I have a cold a/c 🥶 I neglected my a/c he came over let me know what was wrong. Gave me prices, and started on the problem. He noticed my outside unit along with inside unit need cleaning. Showed pictures of the problem. He cleaned and maintained same day. I wouldn't have had to wait if it wasn't for the stores that had my part were closed on weekends. Thank you for the great service 😀
